Overture III Beautifully Shows Jinxx’s Skill On The Violin
Black Veil Brides was, in my opinion, a beacon of light within 2020, and nowhere was that more apparent than the re-record of their first album. Right now, I’ll focus on Overture III, also known as “Look at how incredible Jinxx is”. Jeremy pulled out all the stops with this piece. The thunder at the top of the track leads into a passionate instrumental, showcasing his immense skill with classical instruments. While there were lyrics on the original, Jinxx creates a gorgeous soundscape of the piano and violin, which fully allows the rhythm guitarist to show a part of himself that not many people would expect from a rock star. I can hear the dedication and work he put in to make this piece amazing, and it shows. This is truly a luscious, wonderful piece that I can’t stop listening to.
